Here I spent 3 nights and liked being in this place. Comforts of neat guest room with bathroom were fabulous: )
My room had not very good view.

We truly enjoyed the stay, it was an excellent experience. Very-very nice staff and the place was clean. The breakfasts were nice hot with croissant and juice, as example and excellent service. The location was excellent and unbeatable, walk from a subway station.

The new room was very good, the bed was very comfortable and big, the bathroom was new and there was more space. It was a big change, it seemed that we had moved to a new hotel. Eduardo was very nice.
We had the room on the first floor, took the elevator and when we arrived it was all under construction. There was no light in the corridors (they were very narrow) and it was full of junk. They didn't even warn us, so we arrived and got a good scare, it seemed that everything was in ruins. room didn't look anything like the one in the pictures, tap was bad, it dripped and left puddles on the floor. shower was also leaking and malfunctioning. On the other hand, there were no bedside tables, telephone cable was in sight and space was very limited. In the photos it looked like a totally new and modern hotel and we found one that was the opposite. Luckily the next morning we complained and Eduardo offered us another room in another floor, it was great, that was like the one in the photos. He also offered us a double bed. We were very comfortable and treatment was very good. He took care of us right away. We advise you to pay a little more and take a good room, because if you take the cheapest one you will end up like us the first night. It seems that they are renovating the hotel and upstairs area is much better than the downstairs, you can see a big difference. neighborhood at night does not seem very safe so we advise you to be a little careful.

Charming small hotel with clean facilities and superfriendly employees upon my request. Unbeatable location right next to a railway station, easy to get around. Enjoyed good area.

1. The receptionist is friendly. Room is clean. Price is good. Near to Gare du Nord and Metro so easy to access to City.
The hotel is close to railway so my room is quite noise when I open the window. If you book this hotel please request the room back of building. It is better.

The room was comfortable with a view across to Sacre Coeur. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly, and it was great to have a downstairs sitting room and access to a computer. Very easy access to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord.
Unfortunately, proximity to the train stations also meant proximity to the sound of the trains. Our room directly overlooked the railway lines, and the noise was huge except between midnight and 5:30 am! That's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but we would probably not choose this hotel again for that reason.

The honesty bar made late-night snacking delightful, and the location near major transit hubs couldn't be more convenient for sightseeing. I truly felt the Parisian vibe during my stay.

Very nice personal, quiet room, close to metrostations, good breakfast. Yes we were pleasantly surprised and very happy to stay. And will return next time.
The size of the room ( 210) extremely small.

It's cheap and cheerful! Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not a major issue, but the ground floor of the court yard looks a bit like a dumping ground. I believe they are renovating, so that's a good thing! Not really an issue for us though!

It was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed.
Rooms were very old, dirty and smelly, bathroom was horrible. Hotel staff were not good.

Friendly reception staff.
I have never stayed in a noisier hotel than the Timhotel Gare du Nord. The room overlooked the train lines into the Gare de l'Est and there was a constant noise of trains from 5 am. On arrival the room had not been supplied with either toilet paper or soap which entailed going down to reception. I sincerely hope that the person on reception (who did not apologise - I do speak fluent French), raised the matter with the housekeeping staff.
